As we all know, Twitter is indeed what’s poppin in these innanet skreetz. I check the SneakHerbox twitter account on a daily and I keep looking at our follower count and thinking “hey, what gives?” So I had one of those Windows 7 commercial moments "What if held a contest to get more followers?!?" Essentially this contest will help expand the SHBX movement online by getting your twitter friends and their twitter friends associated with the site and our twitter page. I know by now you’re thinking, “Oh, so what the hell am I getting out of this?” Wellz, seeing how I KNOW how much you love the site ALREADY and you’d probably do this without any incentive lol, I figured I’m going to reward you with, what else, free kicks! Wellz, free kicks in the sense that the winner will receive a gift card to Nike.com (and no, this is not sponsored by Nike, I’m footing the bill on this chea contest b/c I loves ya’ll J ). Sounds good, right? Well read further to find out how you can enter to win:
-You will be essentially racing against time and the other participants to be the first person to get 30 SNEAKER followers to follow @SneakHerbox – that’s the key here – not just your random Kim Keisha and Pam followers (no shade to them of course) but since this is a sneaker site and a sneaker contest, its only right.
-On Tuesday, September 7th, sign up for participation in the contest via the Contact Box on the www.sneakherbox.com and follow @SneakHerbox on twitter (you will only be able to sign up on that day and that day only)
-Provide your full name, twitter username, sneaker size, and email address
-On Wednesday, September 8th - a list of participants will be listed on www.sneakherbox.com and the contest will officially begin.
-Your followers will have to send a tweet saying “I am following @Sneakherbox thanks to (your twitter username)”
-First participant to get 30 Sneaker Specific Followers to follow @SneakHerbox will win a $100 giftcard to NDC.
-If all 30 of your sneaker followers are female – then you receive a $150 giftcard instead.
MOST IMPORTANTLY
Participants cannot use other participants as part of their follower count
